In this reflection you do articulate the need to know and understand childrens perspectives when at times theu may appear to be misbehaving- you have identified that actually the child who speaks english as a second language often becomes frustrated when trying to communicate when conflict arises. Being aware of this and supporting the child to communicate in a means that supports independant conflict resolution in a respectful manner is very important as you have identified.
